A deposit of $500.00 per person and a signed Passenger Reservation Form Contract are required to secure a reservation. Reservations are taken on a first come first served basis. FULL payment for tour must be received at Glory Tours office, no later than 90 days prior to the departure date of the tour. Reservations may be canceled and we reserve the right to levy full cancellation charges as set forth in these conditions if full payment is not received 90 days prior to the departure date. Payments can be made by check.

Prices are based on double occupancy. On occasion, double rooms are not available and triple rooms are necessary with no reduction of price. Single rooms are available at a supplementary cost as stated on individual itineraries. On those very rare occasions when we are not able to get a roommate for you, you will be required to pay the single supplement. We will attempt to give sufficient prior notice to any room changes regarding double occupancy versus single supplement. Triple rooms may not be available in all countries. Limited number of single rooms is available.

Airport taxes are collected at the time of final payment and paid to the airlines on your behalf at the time of ticketing. Airport taxes are usually $200.00-$590.00, based on departure city and government increases which are subject to change until tickets are issued.

Airport taxes include Fuel Surcharge; Federal Inspection Fees for the U.S. Customs and Immigration; International Air Transportation Tax; Agricultural tax; security fees, and other airport related taxes). Please note that unless airline ticket has been paid for and issued, airport taxes are subject to change.

The price of the tour does not include tips and gratuities. Tipping is recommended to the Tour Guide $7.00 and Motor Coach Driver approximately $3.00 per person per day. Gratuities for meals are not included.

Expenses and items not specifically mentioned in this brochure are NOT covered, including but not limited to: passport and visa fees, meals not listed and items of a personal nature such as laundry, wines, liquors, mineral waters, after dinner coffee or tea, sightseeing or services other than those specifically mentioned, tips and taxes mentioned above, excess baggage and insurance, etc.

Insurance coverage is not included in the tour prices. Passengers are highly encouraged to purchase Travel insurance. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any loss or expense which you or any member of your party may incur as a result of failing to secure adequate insurance coverage. Cost of the insurance depends on cost of the tour and kind of insurance plan purchased. Payment for this insurance should be made directly to the insurance company within 7 days of initial deposit payment. You can call Travelex Insurance Company at 1-800-228-9792 and purchase the insurance by phone. You should mention them our location ID # which is 51-6011 and the cost of the trip without taxes.

While we endeavor to provide the highest level of service to all our passengers, we cannot guarantee special facilities or assistance for disabled passengers and it is your responsibility to arrange for such assistance or special needs as you may require. Glory Tours is not responsible for any medical conditions that occur prior, during, or after the tour.

All cancellations must be in writing to us and must be signed by the person who made the original reservation. Cancellations are only effective from the day they are actually received by Glory Tours. U.S. Postmark prevails. No refunds are issued for cancellations received after the departure date of the tour. Penalties will apply. (See boldface print in the Responsibility and Liability section for company cancellations.) If you cancel your tour, cancellation fees and penalties will be deducted from your refund. Cancellation fees will apply to deposit checks. (Airline penalties could be total cost of airline ticket.) Cancellation fees apply to each person .

Ninety (90) days or more prior to the departure, a service fee of $ 100.00 per person will apply; 90 to 60 days prior to the departure, a cancellation of 25% of tour cost will apply; 59 to 30 days prior to the departure, a cancellation of 50% of tour cost will apply; 29 to 15 days prior to the departure, a cancellation of 75% of tour cost will apply; 14 days or less prior to the departure, a cancellation of 100% of tour cost will apply. There will be no refunds on unused tour services. All airline tickets issued in conjunction with this tour are subject to separate airline penalties, per individual carrier's rules and regulations. The traveler (s) acknowledges receiving, reading, and agreeing to the terms and conditions set forth below. Cancellations and request for refunds must be in writing. Cancellation fees will not be waived due to an illness. We highly recommend travel insurance for this reason.

The passenger is allowed to bring one (1) checked bag which may have a maximum weight of 45 Ibs. Also, one (1) 'carry-on' is permitted. Luggage is the passenger's responsibility and that of the airlines. For lost luggage claims, the passenger is responsible for notifying the airline directly. Check with your carrier regarding carry-on luggage rules and regulations.

There is no advance seat selection for tour departures. Early check-in is necessary to secure seats with travel companion. Three hours advance arrival to departing airport is necessary.

RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY: For Flight  and Passenger Accommodations and Services:
Glory Tours (herein referred to as the Company) is responsible for making all arrangements for tour services offered in the itinerary. The airlines, hotels, land operators, and other suppliers providing services are independent contractors and not agents, employees, or associates of the Company. Promoters are not agents, employees or authorized representatives of Glory Tours. Acceptance and confirmation of your reservation is at the discretion of the airlines even after full payment has been made. Glory Tours assumes no responsibility or liability in connection with the service of an aircraft, motor coach, taxi, or other conveyance which may be used in the performance of its duty to the passengers. All vouchers and other documents for services issued by the Company are subject to the terms and conditions specified by the suppliers and to the laws of the country where services are supplied. If the tour services as indicated by the brochure cannot be supplied or there are changes in the itinerary for reasons beyond the control of the Company, we will arrange for provisions of comparable services. Any resulting additional expense will be payable by the passenger participant. The Company reserves the right to decline or accept or retain any person as a passenger, to make changes in the itinerary whenever the company deems it necessary to the comfort, convenience and safety of the passengers, and to cancel a tour at any time.

A minimum number of 35 passengers (unless otherwise noted) is required or the tour is subject to cancellation. If the Company cancels a tour, it shall have no responsibility beyond the refund of all monies paid to the Company by the passenger participant. The passenger agrees that the Company shall not be liable for an changes in flight schedules, delays, weather conditions, damages, losses (including personal injuries, deaths, and property losses) or expenses occasioned by acts or omissions of any person, including suppliers providing services, or for any acts of war, insurrection, revolts or other civil uprisings, military actions, strikes, or acts of God occurring in either the country of origin, through passage, or destination. No person other than an authorized representative of the Company by written document is authorized to vary, add, or waive any term or condition in this brochure, including the terms and conditions set forth in the foregoing provisions. All published fares and prices are based on exchange rates and all fares and prices quoted at the time of publication are subject to change at any time.

Glory Tours acts as an agent of the air carrier. The airlines concerned, their agents and affiliates are not to be responsible for any act, occurrence, or event during the time passengers are on board their aircraft. The passenger ticket constitutes the sole contract between the airlines and purchaser of these tickets and/or passengers. Tours may be sold in conjunction with any airline, which are members of IATA and/or ARC.

Passports should be in your possession before a reservation is made. Some countries require Visas. Glory Tours assumes no liability for Passport or Visa procurement. Foreign nationals must have a valid Passport and their green Alien Registration Card. Foreign nationals must also check with the Embassies of their respective countries as to U.S.A. requirements and with The Internal Revenue Service for any tax liability. ISRAEL: Passports must be valid six (6) months after return. No refunds will be made to passengers delayed or denied entry to aircraft or foreign country .

No immunization shots or vaccinations are required unless otherwise noted.

LAND ARRANGEMENTS: Glory Tours reserves the right to change the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies.
